<h3>Brief Objective</h3>
<p>Under this scheme, the state government will provide 50% subsidy to the socially bakward and unemployed (SC, ST, EBC) individuals from Bihar to purchase vehicles. The scheme also aims to provide financial help to the rural people so that they can start their own employment.</p>
<h3>Benefits to the Citizens</h3>
<p>A subsidy of 50% may provide financial relief to needy entrepreneurs or workers to invest in other aspects of businesses</p>
<h3>Eligibility</h3>
<ul>
<li>5 qualified applicants will be selected from each panchayat out of which 3 beneficiaries will be members of the Scheduled Castes / Tribes and 2 beneficiaries are extremely backward class.</li>
<li>The minimum age limit of the beneficiary will be 21 years as on the date of application invitation.</li>
<li>The beneficiary should not be employed in government service and should not have had any commercial vehicle in the past.</li>
<li>To get the benefit for a panchayat, the beneficiary must be a resident of the said panchayat.</li>
<li>The beneficiary must have the license of the driver of the light motor vehicle.</li>

<h3>How to apply</h3>

<li>Click on the link " Apply Online " on the homepage.</li>
<li>After that, click on Register if you don't have an account.</li>
<li>Applicants can " Login " using the Username and Password to fill the Chief Minister's Gram Transport Scheme (MGPY ) application form.</li>
<li>New applicants can register online for the Chief Minister's Gram Parivar Yojana ( MGPY ) by clicking the " Register " button.</li>
<li>After clicking on the link, online registration form will appear in front of you.</li>
<li>Here candidates can fill all the details including Mobile Number, Email Id to get Username and Password.</li>
<li>After this, candidates can login to fill the Chief Minister's Gram Parivar Yojana online application form.</li>
<li>In the end, the candidates have to fill the name, address and their documents by uploading all the required details correctly.</li>
<li>To complete the application, click on the " Submit " button.</li>
