Introduction The Mukhyamantri Sushasan Fellowship Yojana is a flagship initiative of the Government of Chhattisgarh, introduced in November 2024 to nurture skilled professionals for public policy and governance roles. The scheme offers young graduates a structured pathway to understand how government systems function and how policies translate into action on the ground. The state government designed this fellowship to address the growing need for professionally trained individuals who can support efficient administration, policy execution, and public service delivery.
