Introduction Vishwakarma Yuva Udyami Protsahan Yojana is an entrepreneurship promotion scheme launched by the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Rajasthan. The scheme aims to support young entrepreneurs by providing financial assistance for establishing new manufacturing and service enterprises as well as expanding, diversifying, or modernizing existing Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) within the state. Under the scheme, eligible applicants can avail loans up to ₹2 crore through approved financial institutions along with interest subsidy and margin money assistance. Additional incentives are available for women, SC/ST entrepreneurs, persons with disabilities, rural entrepreneurs, weavers, and artisans. Eligibility Applicant must be between 18 and 45 years of age. Enterprise must be established within Rajasthan. Project should fall under eligible manufacturing or service sector activities. Enterprise must qualify as a Micro or Small Enterprise (MSE). Applicant must contribute at least 10% of the project cost. Individual entrepreneurs, HUFs, Societies, Partnership Firms, LLPs, and Companies can apply. Applicant should not be a defaulter of any bank or financial institution. Institutional applicants must have at least 51% ownership held by persons aged 18–45 years. Projects receiving similar subsidy benefits under another government scheme within the previous five years are not eligible.
